• Website - website maintained at the address alfako.pl of the Administrator,
• User - end-user or subscriber within the meaning of the Act of 16 July 2004 Telecommunications Law

In performing the duties imposed by the Act of 16 July 2004 Telecommunications Law, we indicate the manner of storing information or accessing information already stored in the User's device. Through the information contained in this document, the User is informed about:

• purpose of storing and accessing this information,
• he can determine the conditions for storing or accessing this information by means of software settings installed in his telecommunications terminal equipment or service configuration.

I. I Information stored on the User's device (so-called Cookies)

The website run by the Administrator uses cookies. "Cookies" should be understood as portions of information stored in text, sent by the server on which the Website is stored and stored in the memory of the User's terminal device.

II.  Other information about which the Website gains access

The website stores HTTP queries directed to the server. This means that the Administrator is in possession of information on the public IP address from which the User will access the content on the Website. The browsed resources are identified by URL addresses. The server also downloads information about:

• when the query arrives,
• response time,
• client station name - identification performed by the HTTP protocol,
• information on errors that occurred during the HTTP transaction,
• URL address of the page previously visited by the user - in the case when the transition to the Website was made via a link, information about the user's browser.

The above data is not assigned to the User's specific personal data.   and they are kept indefinitely as an auxiliary material used to administer the website and statistical purposes. The information contained therein is confidential and is not passed on to other persons or entities
